Advent of Acro
Hey, we’re Bine and
Vitus from Cologne. We like Acro-Yoga,
and throughout the year we’ve put together some (challenging, nice and maybe weird) flows
and washing machines we want to share with you.
We’re turning this into a countdown: one flow a day until Christmas. 🎄
Just a heads up:
- Most of the flows are advanced. Be responsible 🤗
- We added explanations for most of the flows (you find them on top of the video-player).
They are mostly in German (sorry, we thought about this too late...).
- We didn't try to make it pretty or perfect - but fun!
